Huckleberry Finn should not be taught in Constitution High School. There are a lot of things wrong with this book. The reason why this book shouldn’t be taught in this school is because of language, racial slurs, and a few bad examples.
First of all, this book uses bad language, grammar and has a lot of misspelled words. For example, “Yo’ole father doan know yit what he’s argwyne to do.” “ You wants to keep way fum de water as much as you kin, en don’t run no resk, kase its down in de bills dat yous gwyne to git hung.” The author put misspelled words and bad grammar because they use to talk like that in the south, but people shouldn’t read stuff like that.
Secondly, racial slurs, in the book they call people niggers, they use it in every sentence. “ Miss. Watson’s big nigger, named Jim.” “Niggers would come miles to hear him tell it, and he was more looked up to them then any nigger in that country.” I really don’t think the author should of put that word in the book because some one reading the story would feel offended by that word.
Lastly, this book has bad examples. Huck Finn smokes and he also runs away. “ I set down again, a-shaking all over, and got out my pipe for a smoke.” He also shouldn’t have Huck Finn smoking because kids might think if he can do it they can.
To sum up, I really don’t think that children at Constitution High School or at any other school should read this book. It has bad language, racial slurs and sets bad examples. Would you want your child or any other child learning about things of that nature??

What I Will Learn This Year
Elizabeth Boggs Mr.Romero 8/9 What I Will Learn This Year What subject do you think is most important subject I would learn is Constitution. I think that because it teaches me about history, countries and it would help in the future. There are numerous reasons why I think Constitution is most important subject because it teaches me about history and more about the world. Another reason is it helps me just as others to understand other countries and their cultures. Last, but not least it helps people to have a good job. Over all Constitution is the best subject in Constitution High School. So, what do you think is the most important subject?
TAB Inc.
T.A.B
Hello, my name is Elizabeth Boggs and I’m the lawyer of a small organization called T.A.B. We have a new iChip called TABO. It has a navigation system, the Internet, a tracking device and a cell phone. This iChip is going in the pituitary gland, a part of the brain that controls your growth. Our scientists determined that this is the safest and most accessible placement for the iChip. It is important for all citizens to get this device to prevent being kidnapped or lost, you can also communicate with your friends. On the positive side, if you are out with your friends and you can’t find them you can track them down.
Due to the nature of growth and development, only people 18 years of age and older may receive the iChip because if you are 18 years of age and older it wouldn’t effect your growth in any way.
The iChip does not violate your Constitutional Right. The Fourth Amendment says “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers and effects.” The iChip is as secure as you can ever be. Article 1 section 8, says “To promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts by securing for limited times to authors and inventors the exclusive right to their respective Writings and discoveries.” Progress means new technology for years coming. So basically whatever a sciencetist have to offer such as the iChip it is legal.

I would never get the iChip, to surf the Internet, talk on the phone and so the government can track us. Something would go terribly wrong with the iChip. Does the U.S. Constitution resolve conflict? The U.S. Constitution does resolve conflict because without one people would violate other people rights and the government would step in and punish those people. Violating other peoples rights, like when President Young had took the citizens poster board and ripped it up. Well in Article 2 Section 1, “The executive power shall be vested in a President of the Untied States of America.” So, when the president did that the citizens tried to get him impeached Freedom of speech was another big part in the iDeal society that was violated. The citizens had the right to protest and say what’s on their mind but the president did not allow them to do so. The First Amendment says “Abridging the Freedom of speech or of the press or the right of the people peaceable to assemble and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.” When Citizen Shay had got locked up it was a freedom of speech but the president didn’t think so. To be punished, in Amendment 5, “Be deprived of life, liberty or property, without due process of law” that means people can not go to jail, get their life taken liberty and or property without going though the law. So, when Agent Fred first locked Citizen Shay up the courts didn’t give her any information on the law and her punishment. Also, in Article 3, Section 2 it say, “Both as to Law and Facts.” That indicates, that in order to lock someone up the police have to have “FACTS” that the Person did something, the police can not say they did it. The U.S. Constitution does resolve conflicts, such as violating peoples rights, freedom of speech and punishment. Do you think the U.S. Constitution resolves conflict?

Philosophy of Government
Is Government Necessary?
Since the 9-11 attack people were undecided on what role the government plays in our life. Some, like the Libertarians and the Anarcho-Capitalists, think we do not need government. They think personal freedom is more important that organization and laws, and that we could run police, military, and courts by volunteering. I disagree. I think the government is necessary, because without the government people would kill, steal, and attack others.
First of all, the government provides welfare, organization, law, and military. They do welfare for poor people and people with low income that helps them to get food and what ever they need. They also give organizations, such as schools, hospitals, library’s, and they also protect public land. They give all these organizations for people so they can learn, get help and have jobs. The government provide military to protect us if a war should go on. Some times they don’t have to go to war they can trade or import some stuff such as oil.
I also think man should be able to live in freedom, free to produce, build, and achieve, with out any fear of his neighbors. An individual should not worry about defending his property. Imagine living in an Anarcho-Capitalist society where the protection of your belongings constantly had to be in your hands. You wouldn’t know what your neighbor would do next. You would be full of fear.
Secondly without the government people will do whatever they want, when they want to do it. They would kill, rape, steal and anything you can think of. They would get away with it also. People would carry guns without a license. People would also have gang wars, shoot outs, rob others and assault them. For example crime rating is going piscine the 1980s the crime was high but it would go down then back up. In the year 2006 the crime rate is down but if we didn’t have a government it would be higher then the 1980s rating.
In conclusion, some people don’t want to give their money or their life away to the government. Without the government people would do so much killing, rapes and estate crime rating will go up by hundreds. So therefore I think government is necessary.
